Towne Gate Commons is conveniently located on a full city block between N. School Lane, E. Chestnut Street, County Line Road and E. Broad Street (Route 113) in the Souderton Borough. The main entrance is 633 E. Broad St.  


How to get here:  


Heading north on Route 309, take the Pa 113 exit towards Souderton. Turn left on Pa 113 (E. Broad St) and travel approximately 0.5 miles.  


Heading south on Route 309, take the Pa 113 exit towards Souderton. Turn right on Pa 113 (E. Broad St) and travel approximately 0.5 miles.

  • Is there parking?
    There will be more than 275 spaces available for free. There will also free street parking on East Broad Street.
  • What are the hours of operation?
    The plaza and park will open to the public from sunrise to sunset. Individual retailers will maintain their own store hours.
